The 2025 RMAC In-Person conference will be at held at the Le Méridien Denver Downtown at 1475 California Street, Denver, Colorado 80202. Information about reduced hotel room rates will be included in registration.
Virtual attendees will need a reliable internet connection for this conference. It is recommended you use a laptop or desktop computer as attendees on mobile or handheld devices are not always able to respond to the required polling questions.
RMAC has partnered with an award-winning and full-service media production company specializing in live streaming to ensure a fantastic virtual conference experience for our attendees.
In-Person attendees can convert to a virtual experience up to ten days before the conference. The committee reserves the right to move the conference to a virtual experience, if necessary.
